When Sammy broke the color barrier in Las Vegas, Arthur Silber was with him; When Sammy Davis, Jr. was in his car accident in 1954, Arthur was the first one in the hospital; When Sammy broke house records at the Copacabana in New York thanks in part thanks to Frank Sinatra, Silber was iwth him.
